Flow:

Maintain smooth patient flow, reduce wait times, and manage high-acuity daily shift demands.
Staff Management: Handle hiring, shift scheduling, performance reviews, staff mentoring, and ongoing clinical training.
Budget &
Resources:

Oversee unit operating budgets, equipment acquisition, and adequate supply inventories.
Quality &
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, track quality metrics, and lead patient safety improvements.
Collaboration: Act as a core liaison between nurses, doctors, hospital administration, and support departments
Education: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree (MSN or MHA) preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of clinical nursing experience plus progressive leadership or charge nurse experience in an emergency setting.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
