DevOps Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support a large-scale, always-on fintech platform. The role focuses on AWS, Kubernetes, SRE, production reliability, observability, resiliency, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize highly available infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
Support production systems, incident response, troubleshooting, and RCA.
Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, MTTD, and MTTR.
Drive resiliency through disaster recovery, FMEA, and chaos engineering.
Automate operational processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
Support Docker, ArgoCD, and cloud-native deployments.
Build automation/AIOps solutions for issue detection and remediation.




Collaborate across engineering and platform teams.

Required Skills
8+ years of DevOps, SRE, or AWS infrastructure experience.
Solid hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD expertise.
Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, AppDynamics, or Wavefront.
Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Ruby.
Robust knowledge of CI/CD, high availability, disaster recovery, and production support.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred: Fintech experience, AIOps, chaos engineering, and large-scale production systems.
