Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations of Data Logger / Remote Monitoring System (RMS) to customers.
Explain product features, functionality, technical specifications, and benefits to customers.
Handle technical discussions and understand customer requirements.
Support the sales team in generating leads and converting technical discussions into business prospects.
Coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain customer information, follow-ups, and activities in CRM.
Provide technical support and coordinate for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Handle after-sales service and customer support.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
Visit customer/project sites whenever required for product demonstrations, technical meetings, and service support.
Prepare basic technical reports, demo reports, and customer follow-up records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related engineering field.




1–2 years of relevant experience in Solar, Electronics, Instrumentation, IoT, Data Logger, Remote Monitoring System, or similar technical products.
Robust technical understanding of electronics/instrumentation systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable presentation and customer-handling skills.
Ability to confidently conduct technical product demonstrations.
Basic understanding of CRM and MS Office/Excel.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Candidates should be comfortable with a technical + sales + after-sales service role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
