The candidate will be responsible for communicating with parents and students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining our tutoring programs, following up with leads, and supporting the enrollment process.Role & responsibilities .

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective parents/students.
Understand students' academic requirements.
Explain available courses and tutoring programs.
Follow up with interested leads.
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the academic/tutoring team.
Achieve assigned calling and counselling targets.
Build a positive relationship with parents and students.

Requirements:
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic English and Hindi/Telugu communication skills preferred.
Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
