We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Education Counselor to join our team. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential leads through calls and follow-ups
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
Convert leads into successful enrollments
Maintain and update data in CRM systems
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Provide end-to-end support to students during the admission process

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with calling and target-driven workplace
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools




Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:
1 years of experienced in Edtech Sales
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate
Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
