Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites and attend elevator breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Carry out regular elevator service and maintenance.
Replace faulty spare parts when required.
Prepare service and breakdown reports.
Ensure proper functioning and safety of elevators.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
13 years of experience in elevator/lift installation, maintenance, or service preferred.
Valuable knowledge of elevator breakdown troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Willing to travel to customer sites for service and inspection.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
