Roles and Responsibility
Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with hotel and restaurant operations is an advantage.
Any graduate degree is required.
