About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible E-Commerce Accountant with at least 1 year of experience in handling accounting and financial operations related to e-commerce businesses. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling online marketplace transactions, and monitoring payments, settlements, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounting for e-commerce sales and online orders.
Reconcile marketplace settlements, payments, returns, refunds, and deductions.
Verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Track and reconcile payment gateway and marketplace transactions.
Monitor outstanding payments and customer/vendor balances.
Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory-related transactions.
Prepare regular MIS reports and accounting statements.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Identify discrepancies in transactions and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.




Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and marketplace platforms whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally will be preferred.
Understanding of e-commerce marketplace settlements and reconciliations.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in E-commerce Accounting, Marketplace Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, or Finance Operations will be preferred.
Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Salary Based on experience, skills, and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
