Job Role-DocuSign Engineer

Experience Range- 5 to 10 Years

Location - Hyderabad and Delhi / NCR

Must-Have
Advanced DocuSign administration: account settings, permission profiles, groups, brands, templates and envelope workflows
Digital Signature platform management and operational governance
Capacity planning and forecasting for envelopes, licences and service demand
Advanced incident, problem, change and RCA management
Troubleshooting M365 and downstream application integration issues
Operational reporting, dashboards and audit evidence management
Vendor escalation ownership and stakeholder management

Valuable-to-Have
DocuSign Connect/API, OAuth, webhooks or integration diagnostics exposure
Compliance, audit and retention management experience
Power BI, PowerShell or automation skills for reporting/controls
Experience supporting regulated/GxP-aware business processes
Understanding of GDPR and enterprise records-management controls

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
DocuSign & Digital Signature Services





Operate the enterprise Digital Signature platform end-to-end within L3 BAU scope. Execute approved configuration changes and minor enhancements under Customer L4 direction.

Troubleshoot complex platform, template, envelope, integration and access issues.

Maintain tenant configuration baseline, operational guardrails, runbooks and known-error database.
Capacity Planning & Forecasting

Monitor consumption against the approximately 200,000 annual envelope baseline. Develop usage, license and service-demand trend reports for monthly/quarterly governance.

Recommend operational optimization prospects while escalating architecture decisions to Customer L4.
Operations, Governance & Vendor Management

Lead RCA for recurring issues and implement approved preventive actions. Coordinate DocuSign/vendor escalations through closure.

Support compliance reviews and audits with configuration evidence, logs and change history.
