We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Executive to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement new engineering processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test current products and projects.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Experience with engineering software and tools such as CAD, CAE, and simulation modeling.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
