Roles & Responsibilities
Interfacing with customer for project requirements, developments, monitoring and status updates.
Project planning and execution
Identification of risks and planning for mitigation/contingencies
Escalate issues and dependencies to management or/and customers as required.
Support team members for software development, testing and maintenance
To lead and manage teams for successful project execution
Skills Qualification
8+ years’ experience in Software Engineering Manager/ Project Manager role
Proven experience in C/C++, Software design
Solid proven experience in managing/ leading team
Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering or relevant qualifications.
Excellent communication skills for customer interlacing/communication.
Ability to lead and manage teams
Solid leadership skills
Ability to multi task
