Roles and Responsibility
Design and develop recent packaging systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing packaging systems.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
Proven experience in engineering and packing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
