Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
