Experience: 2–5 years in Café / Restaurant / QSR / Hospitality Operations
We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the café floor, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, and effective team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily floor operations, including opening/closing and shift management.
Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and counter teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor table turnover, service speed, cleanliness and overall floor experience.
Manage billing/POS operations and ensure accurate cash handling.
Support inventory checks and minimize wastage.
Train and coach team members on service standards and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with café policies, safety and hygiene standards.
