EarthEn Energy is hiring an Erection & Commissioning Engineer with hands-on boiler commissioning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle boiler erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning at industrial sites.
Execute hydrotesting, flushing, pressure testing, equipment checks and functional testing.
Support boiler startup/light-up and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams during installation and commissioning.
Handle mechanical completion, troubleshooting, punch-list closure and site handover.
Read and work with P&IDs;, piping and mechanical equipment.

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
3–8 years of relevant experience
Mandatory: Hands-on boiler erection + pre-commissioning + commissioning experience




Experience with industrial/process/thermal equipment.
Knowledge of IBR and steam systems is preferred.
Willing to travel to project/customer sites across India.

Significant: This is NOT a maintenance/O&M; role. We are specifically looking for candidates with project-based erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning experience.
