Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end ERP implementations (full cycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, deployment, user training, post-go-live support) across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, HR, and CRM.
Define project scope, resource planning, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and manage the project teaminternal resources, external vendors, functional consultants, and business users—for successful and timely execution of project deliverables.
Select, evaluate, and recommend ERP solutions for rollout, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite, Fusion), SAP S/4HANA, Infor, or similar platforms.
Drive fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting,



data migration, and integration of ERP with other business applications and third-party systems.
Monitor implementation progress, resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables are achieved within defined timelines and quality standards.
Design and execute change management programs, including stakeholder engagement, end-user training, documentation, and adoption planning.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, information security policies, and auditing requirements.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support, issue resolution, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
