About Mask TVMask TV is an Indian OTT platform focused on family-friendly entertainment, available across Android, iOS, Smart TVs and connected-TV platforms.

We are growing our OTT ecosystem and are also building RushPlay, our vertical short-drama platform.

We are looking for a robust Flutter Developer who can take ownership of our apps, build new features, improve performance, and work closely with our product and technology teams.

What you'll work on
Develop and maintain our Flutter OTT applications
Build new features for Mask TV and RushPlay
Work on Android and iOS releases
Integrate APIs, payment systems and third-party SDKs
Implement Firebase Analytics and event tracking
Integrate Meta SDK and marketing attribution/events
Build subscription and user-management flows
Work on video streaming, content discovery and playback-related features
Improve app performance, stability and crash rates
Debug production issues and release fixes quickly
Collaborate with backend, design, marketing and product teams
Help us build scalable architecture as the platform grows

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on Flutter/Dart experience




Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management
Experience building and publishing Android/iOS applications
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
Experience with Firebase
Experience integrating payment/subscription systems
Positive understanding of Git and app deployment/release processes
Ability to independently take a feature from requirement → development → testing → release

Outstanding if you have
OTT / video streaming app experience
Experience with Android TV / Fire TV / Smart TV
Jio STB or other connected-TV experience
Experience with Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchases
Meta SDK / attribution experience
Experience working in a startup or fast-moving product environment
