About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack / Backend Developer to join our in-house product development team. In this role, you will work on developing scalable enterprise applications, APIs, automation workflows, AI-assisted tools, and internal business systems.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs
Build and manage internal business applications and automation systems
Design secure, high-performance server-side architecture
Work with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and maintenance
Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services
Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions
Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Participate in deployment, server management, and CI/CD processes
Maintain coding standards, documentation, and version control





Required skills and experience
Robust knowledge of Node.js
Experience with Express.js or Nest JS
REST API development
Authentication Authorization (JWT/OAuth)
Basic understanding of React.js or Next.js
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
PostgreSQL (preferred)
Database schema design and query optimization
Basic understanding of AI development workflows
Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Chat GPT, Claude AI
Knowledge of automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier
Understanding of API-based AI integrations is an added advantage
Git GitHub
Docker basics
Postman
Linux basics
Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure)

Valuable to have
Knowledge of RFID/barcode integrations
Experience developing ERP/CRM/internal business systems
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Redis or caching concepts
Basic knowledge of cloud deployments
