Position: Estimation Engineer

Qualification : Diploma in civil engineering / Architecture

Reports to: General Manager – Operations / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Drawing & Scope Review
Study architectural, interior, furniture, MEP and other relevant drawings.
Understand client requirements, specifications, finishes and scope of work.
Identify missing information, discrepancies and exclusions before estimation.
Quantity Take-Off
Prepare accurate quantities from drawings and site measurements.
Calculate quantities for:
Modular furniture
Wardrobes
Kitchens
TV units
Doors and partitions
False ceilings
Wall paneling
Flooring
Painting
Electrical and lighting
Glass and aluminum works




Hardware and accessories
BOQ Preparation
Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with item descriptions, specifications, quantities and units.
Ensure BOQ matches the latest approved drawings and scope.
Costing
Calculate material, labour, hardware, production, transportation and installation costs.
Obtain current material rates from procurement and approved vendors.
Prepare project-wise cost sheets and maintain standard rate databases.
Quotation Preparation
Prepare accurate client quotations based on approved BOQ and costing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
