Senior Engineer – MEP

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2+Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical

Key Responsibilities:
Handle MEP estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis & costing.
Review GFC drawings, tender documents, specifications & TDS.
Prepare Material Requests (MR) and coordinate with Procurement/Vendors for timely delivery.
Prepare variation statements and technical justifications.
Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project, WBS and resource planning.
Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, Subcontractors and Site Teams.
Handle testing & commissioning, L1–L5 documentation and project handover.
Coordinate with Customers, PMC/Consultants and Vendors.




Robust knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-Fighting systems required.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
