We’re Hiring | Facility Manager

JD Institute of Fashion Technology is looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and overall upkeep of our facilities.

Location: South Delhi

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the premises.
Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related services.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely completion of work.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and fire safety standards.
Maintain records related to maintenance, AMC, inventory, utilities, and facility expenses.
Address facility-related issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and manage facility-related supplies and inventory.




Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfil facility requirements.
Ensure a clean, protected, well-maintained, and professional environment for students and employees.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in facility management, administration, operations, or a similar role.
Valuable vendor and coordination skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Hands-on approach with valuable attention to detail.
