HR Executive – Factory / HR Implant

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end hiring of ITI freshers, pickers, packaging and shop-floor staff.
Manage joining, onboarding, documentation and deployment of employees.
Monitor and control employee attrition and absenteeism.
Handle day-to-day employee grievances and queries.
Coordinate with Factory HR, Production, Recruitment, Payroll and other stakeholders.
Maintain manpower, joining, attendance and attrition MIS/trackers.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements
Graduate with 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/staffing.
Experience in blue-collar/shop-floor hiring preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination and employee-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR operations.

Pay: ₹11,004.97 - ₹17,000.00 per month
