6+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
Minimum 4 years of solid hands-on experience in Talend (preferably Talend Open Studio/Enterprise) and IBM DataStage.
Proficient in ETL job design, performance tuning, and handling large-scale data processing.
Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, expert-level SQL skills, and experience working with databases such as Oracle ExaCC and DB2.
Hands-on experience with big data platforms, specifically Cloudera Data Platform (CDP).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Valuable understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data lifecycle management.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and formal release management processes.
