Responsibilities
Execute daily tasks with accuracy and timeliness, supporting team and departmental objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and compliance standards
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Support project planning,



coordination, and delivery within established timelines

Requirements
Work on creating technical documentation within stated SLA and with minimal or no revisions
Use available technology tools for execution of processes for efficiency
Collaborate with sales to gather information and understand technical concepts scope in order to effectively communicate them through written materials
Maintain documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval of information
Actively follow 5S procedures and participate in 5S / Kaizen / System Improvement activities
Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to communicate technical requirements and documentation
Collaborate with customer for submitting and receiving approvals for technical documentation, resolving queries and escalating wherever slippage is observed
