/ Responsibilities

This position will support the Events Team in coordinating webinars, conferences, and other industry events. The role will primarily focus on delegate outreach, attendee coordination, follow-ups, and supporting day-to-day event activities.

Calling will be a major part of the role initially and is an important part of learning the event management process. Candidates should be comfortable speaking professionally with attendees and handling coordination activities.

We are looking for candidates who are energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective delegates and attendees
Follow up with registrations and attendee confirmations
Handle attendee queries and provide timely assistance
Maintain attendee databases, trackers, and coordination sheets
Assist with webinar, conference, and virtual event coordination




Support registration and ticketing activities
Assist with event promotions through calls and email follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams on event-related activities
Support day-to-day event operations and execution
Assist the Events Team with administrative and coordination tasks
Help collect attendee feedback and post-event information

Desired Profile of the Candidate
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
Skilled phone etiquette and confidence in making calls
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced workplace
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior internship or experience in calling, coordination, customer support, or events is an advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
