Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead MEAN Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, sound architectural knowledge, and proven experience in leading development teams. The role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution design, code quality ownership, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications using the MEAN Stack MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, technical estimation, and project planning.
- Design application architecture, APIs, database structures, and reusable components.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Build responsive and high-performance front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Design and optimize MongoDB collections, queries, indexes, and data models.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Mentor and guide developers and support their technical growth.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage technical dependencies and identify potential risks during development.
- Support deployment,



production releases, and post-production troubleshooting.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, coding practices, and application architecture.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend suitable solutions based on project requirements.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.
- Good experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
- Valuable understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, observables, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with Git and source-control workflows.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
- Understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and modern deployment practices.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Experience with Redis, message queues, or caching mechanisms.
- Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
