About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Node.js ecosystem, modern frontend frameworks, and experience with ETL pipeline development. You'll be responsible for building scalable web applications and data processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Build server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Develop responsive and performant user interfaces using React and Next.js
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js
- Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for data processing and integration
- Work with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
- Troubleshoot and debug applications across the full stack
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
- Extensive experience with React.js and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context API, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Next.js framework
- Proven experience building applications with the MERN stack
- Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines and data workflows
- Extensive experience building AI solutions, specifically RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and chatbots




- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with MongoDB and SQL databases
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, responsible, client-facing, and self-managed individual

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of data processing tools (Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with GraphQL
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil)
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Chakra UI)
