About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team at TCS. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial crime compliance solutions, particularly within Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Regulatory Compliance domains. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, design and implement robust solutions, and ensure seamless integration of Actimize modules into their existing systems.

The SME will serve as a technical and functional resource, providing expert guidance on Actimize applications, workflows, and regulatory frameworks to support our clients' compliance and fraud prevention initiatives.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the financial crime compliance domain, with strong technical expertise in Actimize solutions. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field is required.

Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are highly desirable. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with AML regulations, BSA, OFAC, and sanctions screening is essential. Deep knowledge of core Actimize modules such as SAM, WLF, CDD, and IFM, along with platform tools like Visual Modeler, RCM, and AIS, will be advantageous.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, designing solutions leveraging Actimize modules, and ensuring the successful implementation of these solutions. The SME will be responsible for providing technical guidance on the end-to-end flow of Actimize applications within AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains. This involves understanding transaction monitoring workflows, alert management, and case management processes.

The role also entails developing and maintaining regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flows across upstream and downstream systems, ensuring system integrity and performance. Additionally, the SME will support client training,



documentation, and post-implementation support to facilitate smooth operations. Continuous learning about regulatory updates and emerging industry trends is vital to provide relevant and compliant solutions.

An added advantage is holding certifications such as CAMS, which demonstrate a commitment to industry standards and best practices.
