We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 6–10 years of experience in business analysis, Agile product delivery, and data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Business Systems Analysis, Power BI, Jira, and Agile methodologies, with SAFe Certified Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification. The role involves gathering and analysing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product backlogs, developing dashboards, and driving successful Agile delivery of enterprise solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.

Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA teams, and business users to deliver business solutions.

Manage and prioritise product backlogs using Jira,



ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide business insights and executive reporting.

Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology-driven solutions.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics using Agile tools.

Support data analysis, KPI reporting, and business performance monitoring.

Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, testing, and solution delivery.

Prepare business documentation, process maps, BRDs, FRDs, user guides, and release documentation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Agile transformation across teams.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

4–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Jira.





Experience working in Agile/Secure environments with cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and documentation capabilities
