Experience : 6 years to 14 years
Technical Mastery
Cloud platforms (AWS- Must have , Valuable to have : Azure, GCP)
Data engineering and pipeline optimization
AI/ML systems (LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, MLOps basics, MCPs)
Capable of building PoC on the fly
Robust communication skill
Problem solving under ambiguity
Excellent communicator and empathy
Capable to real time trouble shooting
Transform prototypes into secure, compliant production systems
