Job Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant with solid apparel retail sales experience to assist customers, understand their fashion needs, and provide personalized styling recommendations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting apparel based on their preferences, requirements, and occasions.
Provide personalized fashion and styling recommendations.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Demonstrate good knowledge of apparel, fabrics, fits, sizes, and current fashion trends.




Manage product displays and ensure the store is maintained as per visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Support stock management, replenishment, and day-to-day store operations.
Contribute to achieving store sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in apparel retail sales.
Strong knowledge of fashion, apparel, styling, and customer handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
