Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Global Talent Management & IT Recruitment Specialist.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and interview processes.
Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and recruitment.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent management,



preferably in a global or international organization.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with HR systems and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and performance management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a versatile and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
Solid business acumen and understanding of the recruitment process, including employment laws and regulations.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred Shift: Rotational shift (every 3 months)
