Key Responsibilities
Handle Auto & Manual Electroplating operations and ensure smooth production.
Monitor plating parameters: pH, temperature, current, voltage, chemical concentration & plating time.
Manage bath chemistry, chemical dosing, tanks, filtration and maintenance.
Operate/monitor rectifiers, PLC, conveyor, pumps and automated plating systems.
Ensure jigging, loading/unloading, coating thickness, adhesion and surface finish as per quality standards.
Achieve production targets, reduce rejection, rework and machine downtime.




Conduct RCA/CAPA for plating defects and customer complaints.
Ensure ETP, chemical safety, PPE and environmental compliance.
Supervise operators, maintain production/chemical/MIS records and coordinate with QA, Maintenance, SCM and Production Planning.
