About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients/customers, completing assigned field activities, collecting documents or payments, conducting field verification, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Visit clients/customers at assigned locations.
Collect and submit required documents, payments, or applications.
Conduct field verification, inspections, and other assigned field activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide regular updates and daily reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, documents, and other field activities.




Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with the office/team to ensure smooth completion of assigned work.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with regular field travel.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred depending on the role.
