Full Stack Engineer

Location: Bengaluru | Work Mode: Hybrid | Experience: 2+ Years

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a small, high-ownership engineering team building systems that process large volumes of enterprise data using reliable workflows and AI/LLM capabilities.

You’ll work across backend, frontend, data processing and cloud infrastructure, with significant ownership from design to production.

What You’ll Do
Build APIs and backend services using TypeScript/NestJS.
Develop durable, long-running workflows using Temporal.
Build interfaces using React + Vite.
Work with Python for data processing and AI workflows.
Process large datasets using Polars, DuckDB and Parquet.
Work with PostgreSQL, Redis and Azure.
Build reliable tests and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Contribute to architecture and engineering decisions in a rapid-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For




2+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-shipped work.
Strong TypeScript and good working knowledge of Python.
Experience with backend/API development.
Good SQL and understanding of real-world data.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, startup-like setting.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
