Full Stack Engineer

Location: Bengaluru | Work Mode: Hybrid | Experience: 2+ Years

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to j oin a small, high-ownership engineering team building systems that process large volumes of enterprise data using reliable workflows and AI/LLM capabilities.

You’ll work across backend, frontend, data processing and cloud infrastructure , with significant ownership from design to production .

What You’ll Do
Build APIs and backend services using TypeScript/NestJS .
Develop durable, long-running workflows using Temporal .
Build interfaces using React + Vite .
Work with Python for data processing and AI workflows.
Process large datasets using Polars, DuckDB and Parquet .
Work with PostgreSQL, Redis and Azure .
Build reliable tests and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Contribute to architecture and engineering decisions in a fast-moving setting.

What We’re Looking For




2+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-shipped work.
Strong TypeScript and good working knowledge of Python .
Experience with backend/API development.
Good SQL and understanding of real-world data.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, startup-like setting.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
