Job Summary:

A Field Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales by visiting existing and potential customers, building robust relationships, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires frequent travel within an assigned territory and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Visit customers regularly to promote and sell products or services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit records.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.




Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions

This can be customized for industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, manufacturing, or industrial products. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
