About the Role
We are seeking target-driven Field Sales Executives to drive business expansion across key commercial and industrial hubs in Visakhapatnam. You will be responsible for visiting prospective clients in person across key zones including Dwaraka Nagar, MVP Colony, Gajuwaka, Siripuram, Maddilapalem, and Madhurawada.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily direct field visits to prospect, present, and onboard new businesses or commercial clients.
Build and manage a solid daily sales pipeline within assigned Vizag territories.
Deliver localized pitch presentations tailored to customer needs on-ground.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly close targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Languages: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; working knowledge of Hindi or English is a plus.
Vehicle & License: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local territory travel.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in field sales,
direct sales, or merchant onboarding (motivated freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Skills: Robust negotiation, pitch presentation, and interpersonal skills.
