Role and responsibilities:

This position is responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience to drive service that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.
To be responsible for testing of lithium ion battery pack.
To be responsible for handling high voltage lithium-ion battery system repair and maintenance
To be responsible for Repair high voltage and low voltage lithium-ion battery packs, replace components and performing measurements.
To support day-to-day engineering tasks and tie workflow to schedule.
To be responsible for Manufacturing wire harnesses and test rigs to support battery pack manufacturing and testing.
Travel to customer sites within the allotted jurisdictions to collect data
To be responsible for Troubleshoot technical issues; operate company laptop and testing tools to help evaluate technical issues and implement required repair tasks.
To be responsible to maintain tool kits, laptops, connectors and other proprietary equipment.
To communicate with customer about technical issues.
To make daily activity logs, tracking of maintenance and part tracking sheet
To manage all in office installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
