Key Responsibilities
Perform FEA simulations for product development based on project and customer requirements.
Develop and analyze component, system-level and full-vehicle FE models.
Perform linear and nonlinear structural analysis, including large deformation and contact analysis.
Conduct modal, harmonic, dynamic, random vibration/PSD and shock analyses.
Perform structural, vibration, crash/shock and explicit simulations as required.
Build FE models, perform preprocessing/meshing and interpret simulation results.
Correlate FE simulation results with physical/shaker test data.
Verify inputs, estimate efforts, plan activities and ensure timely delivery.
Support preventive/corrective actions and maintain quality and delivery metrics.
Contribute to standardization,
documentation and improvement of FEA methodologies.
