Key Responsibilities:
Operate grinding machines as per production requirements.
Set and adjust machine parameters, tools and grinding wheels.
Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
Perform machine loading, unloading and proper component clamping.
Follow quality, safety and 5S standards.
Maintain machine cleanliness and report machine issues to the maintenance team.
