Job SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Tech Lead to design, build, and scale modern airport digital platforms. The role involves leading end-to-end product development, architecting scalable enterprise applications, and integrating AI capabilities such as chatbots, personalization, and intelligent automation into production systems.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Robust hands-on experience in Java 17+
Proven expertise in React or Angular with TypeScript for contemporary frontend development.
Robust experience designing Microservices, REST APIs, BFF architecture, and event-driven systems using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis,



API Security (OAuth2/JWT), and scalable backend architecture.
Hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI).
Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or LLM services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) into production applications.
Good understanding of prompt engineering, AI UX patterns, streaming responses, and AI performance optimization.
Build and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications from prototype to production.
Lead architecture decisions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineering teams, and drive engineering best practices.
Experience working on Airport Systems, Airline Platforms, Travel-Tech, Passenger Service Systems, Cargo, Ground Operations, Check-in, Boarding, Baggage, or other high-traffic mission-critical enterprise applications is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
