Aseptic filling is the most critical stage of sterile manufacturing where experienced supervision is mandatory. The Sr. Operator is responsible for machine setup, aseptic interventions, troubleshooting, operator guidance, and ensuring compliance with aseptic practices.
Absence of experienced manpower significantly increases the risk of aseptic process failure, batch rejection, production downtime, and regulatory non-compliance. Immediate replacement is essential to safeguard product sterility and production continuity.
Pay: ₹9,142.33 - ₹30,000.00 per month
