Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead our end-to-end in house marketing function. The ideal candidate will drive inbound lead generation, strengthen brand presence, and manage high-performing teams across organic and paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive inbound leads through SEO, (PPC) Performance Marketing, Content, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Website Optimization (SaaS, Software development and IT services)
Lead Organic Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, and Marketing Operations teams.
Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversions.
Track campaign performance,



marketing budgets, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
Build brand visibility, optimize website performance, and mentor the marketing team.

Requirements
6+ years of experience in B2B IT Services/SaaS marketing with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Robust expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, and Marketing Analytics.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Proven success in inbound lead generation, team leadership, and delivering measurable business growth.
