Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Intern/Trainee to support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent chance for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with billing and invoice preparation.
Maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
Support payroll processing and HR finance coordination.
Process employee food allowance records.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare basic reports using Microsoft.
Support the Accountant with day-to-day finance activities.

Requirements
Recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce .
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is an advantage.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
