HR INTERN – WORKSPROGRAM Job Title: HR Intern Company: Worksprogram Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Job Type: Internship / Full-Time Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year : Worksprogram is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities. The candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate communication.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Assist with employee joining formalities and onboarding.
Prepare and maintain HR documents and trackers.
Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, and HR-related requirements.
Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.




Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Professional communication skills.
Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.
Basic knowledge of recruitment will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Students or graduates from HR, MBA/PGDM, BBA, or related fields are preferred.
