Climb X Global is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns and help brands achieve measurable growth.

Position: Performance Marketer

Location: Akriti Business Center, 4th Floor, 141 Workspace, Bhopal

Job Type: Full time

What You'll Do:
Plan and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Monitor and optimize campaign performance
Manage budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS & conversions
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Conduct audience research and campaign testing
Test ad creatives, copies and audiences
Track leads and conversions
Work closely with the creative and marketing team

What We're Looking For:




1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Robust understanding of digital marketing metrics
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with budgets and performance targets
Willingness to learn, test and experiment
