About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Executive & Recruiter to join our recruitment consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates through phone calls and assess their skills, experience, and suitability for various positions.
Shortlist and share relevant candidate profiles with clients.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct candidate onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain proper records of interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
Handle candidate queries and provide timely updates.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.




Maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.
Assist with general HR activities and administrative tasks as required.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Comfortable using job portals, MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing is an advantage.
