Guest House Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day guest house operations and ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and support staff.
Handle guest check-in/check-out processes and room allocation.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and upkeep of the facility.
Monitor occupancy, reservations, inventory, and vendor management.
Develop and implement systems and SOPs for productive guest house management.
Coordinate with university departments for guest visits, events, and accommodation requirements.
Prepare operational reports and manage budgets effectively.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
5–10+ years of experience in hotel, resort,



guest house, or hospitality operations.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Experience in handling accommodation facilities with multiple rooms and staff members.
Proficiency in hospitality operations, customer service, and administrative management.

Preferred
Experience in managing guest houses, business hotels, accommodations, or hospitality facilities.
Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation management systems.
