Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive environment.
Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct performance management reviews, providing guidance and support to managers.
Support payroll and benefits administration,



ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Taking care of admin part of the company

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹56,222.20 per month
